The Unfolding Way

A 6-month sisterhood for soul-led living

OPENING FALL 2025

Join the waitlist to be the first invited into the circle.

Step into your Wise Woman

For women entering their next chapter, ready to honor the deep knowing that lives in their cells and the untamed longings of their soul.

When the whole world turns upside down, it is the soul at the bottom of everything that is trying to become known again. The depths of soul contain the vitality of life, the core powers of imagination, and the ancient inheritance of humanity.” - Michael Meade

You’ve held it all: lives, careers, calendars, commitments. It's time for something different.

Your heart is ready for enchantment. For joy that feels alive and rooted in goodness and beauty. This next phase deserves to matter in ways that feed your body and spirit, not drain you. It doesn't have to be so hard.

There's a wise woman emerging in you, and she's ready to claim her place.

The Unfolding Way is a live, online program designed to reconnect you with deep wisdom and what you most want, through embodied listening, intimate sisterhood, and tiny experiments.

This is an invitation to befriend your soul and live your values. To take your place in society as a wise woman who demonstrates how to love, play, create, nurture, and lead. To be a force for joy, for yourself and as a beacon for others.

So what does it look like to answer that call?

It looks like women coming together in ways that build real trust. It's supporting each other's endeavors and growth without competition or extraction. It looks like love. It's doing important, good work in the world while staying rooted in your full, creative, unique self.

The Unfolding Way

We are not problems to solve. We are unfolding souls.

Your soul wants you to listen, to understand what it longs for and how it wants to express through your life.

The wise woman knows this. Decades of love, loss, pain, joy, grief and laughter have prepared her to listen to her soul, to become its full expression.

Supported by peers and a tested path, you'll step more fully into your role as a wise woman.

The group is a live, online laboratory for self-understanding and transformation. Through creative experimentation—in your conversations, your habits, your choices–you tune in and begin to move differently in the world.

No lab coats or rigid formulas. Just real, courageous exploration.

Bare feet. Messy hands. Open hearts. Real change.

The invitation is simple but profound:

Get curious. Open to wonder. Listen deeply. Take steps. Watch what unfolds.

Here's how it works...

The Unfolding Way is a collaborative laboratory for the spirit. It's an intimate space for deep exploration, real life experimentation, and honest reflection.

Evidence Meets Mystery

You don’t have to choose between being mystical and being practical. This work blends:

  • Research-based coaching methods

  • Ancient contemplative practices like mindfulness, creativity, movement, deep listening, story telling, meditation, visualization, bearing witness, ceremony, journaling, or prayer

  • Embodied neuroscience

  • Intuition, presence, and wonder

The Unfolding Way isn’t a course. It’s a vessel. A mirror. A myth-in-the-making. You are not fixing yourself–you're stepping into your full expression.

What you’ll experience:

  • A grounded and playful approach to self-understanding and growth

  • Weekly 90-minute live, online sessions that blend teaching, practice, and deep sharing

  • Optional 20-minute check-ins (3x per week) for ongoing support and accountability

  • Soulful experiments to try in your real life between sessions

  • A private online community space for connection, resources, and continued conversation and support

  • Lifetime access to all recordings and materials

  • Ongoing sisterhood that extends far beyond our six months together

Together, we’ll trade self-improvement for self-unfoldment.

"Liz brought me into a community and a soulful space in a way I was not expecting. I was blown away by her ability to connect with everyone in our group and bring strangers together who found themselves laughing and crying with one another like old friends. Her sessions touched something deep inside me that I didn't even know I was longing for and made me feel a part of something wonderful. I can't recommend her enough for retreats, group activities, one on one discussions, soulful sessions or just gathering together."

Your unfolding happens through...

The Six Pathways of the Wise Woman

Over six transformative months, you'll journey through the six pathways. Each month builds on the last and offers gentle experiments to help you practice, embody, and unfold.

The experimental approach we'll explore helps you:

  • Develop a healthy relationship between personality and soul

  • Use your full capacities–-body, intuition, energy, emotions, mind, dreams, clairvoyance–-to understand what's within and around you

  • Identify and live by your values and desires

  • Build capacity to be present with all emotions

  • Take small, aligned actions guided by deeper wisdom

  • Create authentic connection with others

  • Learn to co-create with life itself

This is not a curriculum to conquer, it's a living map for your unfolding.

The Journey Map:

Month 1: Trust — Coming Home to Safety

Before we can listen, we must feel safe.

Trust is the soil from which everything grows. Without it, we brace, cling, control, and hide. When we begin to trust—in ourselves, in others, in Life itself—we soften. We attune. We stop performing or fixing. We exhale after years of holding it all together.

This month, we explore what it means to feel fundamentally safe—in your body, in relationship, in the Unknown. We gently root into the group container, connect with our nervous systems, and begin to loosen our grip on control so we can rest back into Love.

From here, something subtle stirs: an orientation towards values and a flicker of longing, a pull toward aliveness. Soul begins to awaken.

Month 2: Kind Curiosity — Meeting Yourself with Love

Soften the mind and begin to wonder.

Now that the soil of trust is tilled, we begin to meet what’s within—thoughts, emotions, habits, longings—with the radical kindness of a wise friend. We calm the mind and become gentle observers of what’s alive within and around us.

This month, we practice turning toward our thoughts and self-stories with compassion. We loosen the grip of habitual thinking and ask: What do I believe? Where did that come from? What else might be true? What is important to me? What do I truly want?

Together, we befriend the inner critic and soften hardened patterns. We explore ways we live or don't live by our values. You’ll begin to see your inner life as an open landscape—one you can transform with tenderness.

Month 3: Sensing — Listening with the Whole Self

The wise woman doesn’t just think. She feels, she intuits, she dreams.

With trust beneath us and kind curiosity beside us, we open to a deeper form of listening—one that includes the whole self. This month, we awaken the full spectrum of perception by attuning to the subtle signals within and around us: sensations, emotions, energy, intuition, dreams, synchronicities.

We begin to notice what is felt, not just what is thought.

Sensing invites us into truth that can’t be reasoned—truth that lives in a tight belly, an open chest, a flicker in the dreamworld. Through this expanded listening, we deepen our capacity to discern what is needed, what is aligned with values, and what is longing to emerge.

We also build emotional fluency: learning to stay with feelings long enough to hear what they’re saying. Emotions become messengers. The body becomes a tuning fork. Soul speaks.

This is the art of listening with your whole being. â€‹

Month 4: Action — Dancing from Soul

Wisdom becomes real when it’s lived.

Insight without movement can become inertia. This month, we bring our sensing and knowing into form—through small, aligned actions. These aren’t grand gestures. They’re soulful experiments that help you learn, grow, and offer truth to the world.

Tiny, meaningful steps are offered—experiments to try in your conversations, your boundaries, your creative impulses. Every action is a conversation with life: When I move this way, what changes?

This is where your inner guidance begins to shape your outer world, rewriting the story of who you are.

Month 5: Discernment — Tuning the Inner Compass

Not everything that calls your name deserves your devotion.

Now we sharpen. You learn to distinguish your inner knowing from fear, projection, or habit.

Discernment is the quiet art of tuning your internal compass. Not to get it perfect—but to practice honesty. What feels aligned? What feels off? What’s truly yours, and what’s been inherited, internalized, or assumed by forces outside that are not wise or good?

Through reflection and feedback, we begin to distinguish wisdom from noise, intuition from impulse, projection from truth. We learn to trust the slow yes, to question the seductive no, and to hold ambiguity with grace.

Discernment strengthens through practice—by testing, sensing, pausing, and refining. And as your clarity grows, so does your capacity to move through the world with integrity and soul.

Month 6: Story — Naming Who You Are
What’s the most beautiful story you can tell that’s still true?

We end not with a finish line, but with a weaving. This final month is a sacred integration—where you gather the threads of your unfolding and begin to shape them into meaning.

You’ll explore the archetype of the wise woman as it lives in you—not as an ideal to reach, but as a truth to embody. Through ritual, reflection, and celebration, you name who you are now.

You leave as a living myth—you are the co-author of your life, in deep partnership with Soul.

"Liz is such a great facilitator and mentor! I can't recommend highly enough! The course helped me focus on balance, and while delving deeply into the topics covered, also gave simple, practical ways to incorporate new practices into my life. The stories, struggles and support of the other women in the group were invaluable. Doing this together created a community that I really value and care about.”

"Liz led our retreat with joy, creativity and peacefulness. Such a perfect weekend! She created a very safe, friendly environment - I was a bit worried about meeting people but after the first hour, I felt that I belonged. And I left with new friends! I really enjoyed the pace and variety of activities - some in conversation with others, other time to reflect. Just the right balance of engagement and resting. And Liz offers a truly welcoming spiritual environment. She is inclusive and welcoming of diverse ideas. I was inspired listening to Liz lead and to others' contributions."

Doing this work alone only takes you so far.

Real transformation happens in community with others who speak the same language of the heart.

In our sisterhood, you’ll be encouraged to:

  • Befriend each other in authentic, trust-building ways

  • Stand in your full power, living from wisdom and joy

  • Support one another's endeavors without it being extractive

  • Try new ways of being and doing

  • Have fun, laugh at the faceplants, and celebrate small victories

It's a sacred container where life becomes your playground.

 â€‹â€‹

The world needs more wise women.

The wise woman archetype helps write the collective story that is constantly unfolding. You become part of a movement of women who serve as beacons of goodness, truth and beauty, demonstrating what's possible for those younger than us.

We need awakened, authentic, joyful women co-creating a new way forward.  Women who:

  • Lead from love and ease, not fear

  • Create beautiful things that make the world better

  • Act from abundance rather than scarcity

  • Offer their gifts sustainably

  • Trust their inner knowing instead of external messages and validation

  • Have a loving relationship with Mystery in their own language

  • Stand as wayshowers and co-leaders in partnership with others

"I am very grateful to you, Liz!

The 360 Life program was a great way to step back and take a look at my life as a whole, and identify the small things I could change to bring myself more peace and joy. It gave me lots of practical takeaways, and helped me reframe the way I approach challenges. The other women in the program were fantastic, and learning and bonding as a group was one of the highlights of the whole experience."
