​Life can feel like you're on autopilot, leaving you busy, reactive, and disconnected from what really matters. Maybe you say yes when you mean no, snap at your kids when you are stressed, or make choices based on others’ expectations instead of your own truth.

 

You want something different. You want to feel grounded, alive, and clear about your direction. Most of all, you want to live in alignment with what truly matters to you, but old patterns and outside pressures keep pulling you off track.

 

Coaching is your space to pause, reconnect, and uncover what is true in you. Together, we uncover the patterns, beliefs, and identities that hold you back, and then we turn those insights into courageous action.

How We Work Together

 

Coaching is a partnership built around what matters most to you. In our sessions, you will have space to reflect, be honest with yourself, and explore new possibilities with support and care. Together, we will uncover what you truly want, notice what gets in the way, and practice new ways of moving forward.

Between sessions, you'll experiment with small, meaningful actions that change your daily routines and relationships. Step by step, these practices help you build the clarity, confidence, and momentum you need for lasting change.

My Approach

 

I believe you already carry a deep well of wisdom within you. Coaching helps you clear the noise so you can reconnect with that wisdom and trust it as your guide.

In our work together, we may listen to your body, intuition, emotions, or dreams. We may practice welcoming emotions as teachers rather than obstacles. We may explore the shift from reacting to responding, or strengthen your ability to show up fully in relationships. Every step considers your human needs and your deeper calling, and then turns that awareness into meaningful action.

​

If you are open to it, we may also invite the sacred dimension of life, however you define it, as a source of strength and guidance. Whether through intuition, mindfulness, or your own spiritual tradition, these practices can help you feel more connected, grounded and aligned in everyday choices.

The goal is both insight and transformation. To create practical and profound changes that help you live with more clarity, presence, and purpose.

My Training & Tools

Over the years I have trained in a variety of approaches, each offering different ways to support your growth. I draw on these tools as needed, so that what we use always serves your unique journey.

 

  • Certified Coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner – practical, research-based practices for well-being and flourishing

  • HeartMath Facilitator – techniques to regulate your nervous system and restore balance

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for coaching – skills for psychological flexibility and values-based living

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) for coaching – a compassionate way of working with different parts of yourself

  • The Change Triangle – using emotions as a pathway to authenticity and deeper connection

  • Mindfulness and Meditation Instruction – over a decade of practice and formal training with John Churchill of Planetary Dharma

 

Rather than following a rigid formula, these methods are integrated naturally into our sessions, always in service of your clarity, resilience, and transformation.
