We all have access to profound inner wisdom, but often can't hear it through the noise of conditioned thinking, cultural expectations, and fear of emotional discomfort.
The experimental approach I share through Interflourish helps individuals reclaim their ability to act, to exercise agency by:​

A six month transformational program
The Experimental Approach​
You're invited to join The Unfolding Way--a live, online laboratory for self-unfoldment. It's a community where you explore new ways of acting, new ways of thinking, new ways of being in relationship with yourself and others.
With guidance, you'll craft your own experiments. Each experiment offers insight, not about how to fix yourself, but about how to be more intimately engaged with who you currently are, who you are becoming, and what possibilities want to emerge.
These are not perfect, sterile, controlled experiments complete with eye protection and lab coats. Your experiments happen in the wild throws of your real life. Bare feet. Messy hands. Open minds.
The invitation is to get curious. Listen. Take steps. Watch. Wait. See what unfolds.

My journey listening to my soul began dramatically. While living in a remote Mongolian village, I followed an undeniable calling to captain a sailboat. The clarity I felt then was exhilarating and unmistakable.
Like many women, though, I gradually lost touch with this soul-led clarity as life filled with responsibilities and expectations. My decisions became more cautious, more influenced by 'should' than by authentic knowing. I found myself overthinking, avoiding discomfort, and disconnecting from that inner guidance that had once led me across oceans.

It's the tiny experiments I've practiced since then that have transformed my everyday life and helped me reclaim my agency. Drawing from my background as both a certified coach and Buddhist contemplative practitioner, I've discovered that reconnecting with our deeper wisdom and heart's desires doesn't require grand adventures. It happens in small moments of presence, in gentle experiments with how we respond to life's invitations. In the Unfolding Way, we develop five essential capacities that help us live from wisdom that comes from somewhere timeless and boundless rather than conditioned patterns:

Awareness & Alignment: Developing a healthy relationship between your personality and deeper wisdom. When you recognize your conditioning and align with your deeper wisdom and desires, you stop unconsciously perpetuating harmful patterns in your family, workplace, and communities. You wake up to the beauty that is everywhere.

Emotional Presence: Building capacity to feel emotions without being overtaken by them. As you develop the capacity to be with difficult emotions, you become a steady presence for yourself and others during challenging times.​​

Agency & Action: Taking aligned steps guided by your soul. As you start to hear your own wisdom and feel what your heart wants, you begin taking soul-aligned action. This allows you to live a full, rich life and contribute meaningfully to what matters most. ​​

This approach to personal agency and experimentation is uniquely informed by my background as both a certified coach and a dedicated Buddhist contemplative practitioner. I bring together evidence-based coaching methodologies with ancient wisdom practices that have been refined over thousands of years. This integration offers a path that honors both practical action and contemplative depth—helping you access insights that neither approach alone can provide.

The Unfolding Way: Program Journey
Over six transformative months, you'll journey through five essential pathways that help you live guided by an intelligence greater than your own. Each month builds upon the previous one, creating a comprehensive approach to soul-led living through tiny experiments and powerful practices.
Your Journey Map
Month 1: Foundations & Awareness
Develop the core skill of distinguishing between conditioned patterns and soul guidance. You'll learn practices for recognizing authentic wisdom and desire and begin the process of befriending your personality structure rather than battling it. Through simple daily experiments, you'll establish a foundation for the entire journey. Weekly explorations include: The experimental approach to living, recognizing patterns, unhooking from and befriending the ego, and listening for deeper truth.
Month 2: Emotional Presence
Build capacity to be with all emotions without being overtaken by them. Discover how emotions serve as messengers and guides when we learn to listen to them with compassion. You'll experiment with practices that help you stay present with uncomfortable feelings while accessing the wisdom they contain. Weekly explorations include: Emotions as messengers, working with fear, navigating difficult emotions, and accessing emotional wisdom.
Month 3: Agency & Action
Learn to take soul-aligned action in your daily life. Explore the nature of true agency and how it differs from both control and passive acceptance. Through right-sized experiments, you'll practice moving from insight to action while navigating the resistance that inevitably arises when we make meaningful changes. Weekly explorations include: The nature of agency, aligned action, working with resistance, and the courage to create.
Month 4: Connection & Community
Discover how authentic connection with others supports your soul's unfolding. Practice vulnerable self-expression and deep listening that honors both yourself and others. Explore how relationships mirror where you are stuck and where your heart wants to open. Weekly explorations include: Authentic self-expression, deep listening, boundaries & connection, and the collective dimension.
Month 5: Surrender & Trust
Develop the art of co-creating with life itself. Learn to distinguish between unhelpful submission and conscious surrender to something larger than yourself. Through experiments in releasing control, you'll discover the freedom and creativity that emerge when we trust the unfolding process. Weekly explorations include: The art of surrender, working with uncertainty, divine timing, and dancing with life.
Month 6: Integration & Beyond
Weave together all five pathways into a sustainable approach to living. Create personalized practices that support your continued unfolding beyond the program. Celebrate your journey and connect with how your individual transformation contributes to our collective healing. Weekly explorations include: Weaving the pathways, the art of practice, living the questions, and ripples of transformation.​

Program Format
Weekly Sessions:
Gather live, online with the community for 90-minute interactive sessions that include teaching, experiential practices, sharing, and guidance for your personal experiments.
Morning Check-ins:
Join optional live, online 20-minute morning gatherings three times weekly to maintain momentum, share insights, and receive support for your experiments.
Personal Experiments:
Design and implement tiny experiments in your daily life that help you listen to wisdom that comes from somewhere timeless and boundless and to live a full, rich life.
Community Connection:
Share your journey with fellow explorers through our online platform, where you'll find resources, recordings, meditations, and opportunities for meaningful exchange.
The Unfolding Way isn't about adding more to your to-do list—it's about approaching your existing life with greater awareness, presence, and soul alignment. Through small experiments rather than sweeping changes, you'll discover how tiny shifts in how you relate to yourself, others, and life itself can create profound transformation over time.
