The Unfolding Way

A 6-month sacred sisterhood for soul-led living

We all have access to profound inner wisdom.

Are you living by it?

There's a knowing within you that transcends logic and conditioning.

It's been there all along—patient, clear, and waiting for you to listen.

But in the noise of daily life, that voice gets drowned out.

The result?

Stuck patterns. Misaligned choices. Stress. Unhappiness.

Let's change that.

Learn to listen to your soul, to your body, to sacred desire. That quiet tug of longing? That’s eros. And it’s a wayfinder.

What is the Unfolding Way?

The self-improvement industry has convinced us that we're problems to solve rather than souls to unfold.

The Unfolding Way offers a refreshing and playful alternative.

This is not about mastering a new method or chasing perfection.

The Unfolding Way is a live, online laboratory for self-understanding and transformation. We explore life through guided experimentation—in your conversations, your habits, your choices.

No lab coats. No rigid formulas. Just real, courageous exploration.

Bare feet. Messy hands. Open hearts. Real change.

The invitation is simple but profound:

Get curious. Open to wonder. Listen deeply. Take steps. Watch what unfolds.

Sometimes, it starts by noticing what you long for—the subtle pull of something more beautiful, more true, more alive. That’s eros. And it matters.

How does it work?

The Unfolding Way is a six-month live, online program designed to reconnect you with deep wisdom and what you most long for—through embodied listening, sacred sisterhood, and tiny soul-aligned experiments.

It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you really are.

Here’s what you’ll experience:

  • A grounded and playful approach to self-understanding and growth

  • Weekly 90-minute live sessions with experiential practices

  • Optional 20-minute check-ins (3x per week)

  • Soulful micro-experiments to try in your real life

  • A private online community space for connection and support

Together, we’ll trade self-improvement for self-unfoldment.

The Invitation

What if you could...

  • See wonder and possibility as your default

  • Quiet your mind—and stop being bullied by it—so you can hear deep wisdom

  • Follow the sacred tug of your desire (eros)

  • Build a friendly relationship with your personality and soul

  • Take small, aligned actions that feel right in your bones

  • Be with and learn from all your emotions

  • Create genuine heart connections

  • Learn to co-create with life instead of strong-arming it into submission

What if there’s nothing to fix—and everything to unfold?

"Liz brought me into a community and a soulful space in a way I was not expecting. I was blown away by her ability to connect with everyone in our group and bring strangers together who found themselves laughing and crying with one another like old friends. Her sessions touched something deep inside me that I didn't even know I was longing for and made me feel a part of something wonderful. I can't recommend her enough for retreats, group activities, one on one discussions, soulful sessions or just gathering together."

Pathways to Agency

Six Interwoven Capacities for Soul-Led Living

In The Unfolding Way, we create the inner conditions for transformation to unfold.

These six core capacities are not linear steps—they work together as an ecosystem. Each one supports the others.

  • Trust creates the ground.

  • Kind Curiosity softens resistance.

  • Sensing opens the channels.

  • Action brings your insights to life.

  • Discernment helps you integrate what’s true.

  • Story gives it all meaning.

As you explore these capacities, your agency deepens—and so does your connection to soul and the life-affirming force of eros.

Your Journey Map

Over six transformative months, you'll journey through the six capacities. Each month builds on the last and offers gentle experiments to help you practice, embody, and unfold.

Month 1: Trust — Resting in Fundamental Safety

Before we can listen, we must feel safe.

Trust is the soil from which everything grows. Without it, we brace, cling, control, and hide. But when we begin to trust—in ourselves, in others, in life itself—we soften. We attune. We stop performing or fixing, and we start listening.

This month, we explore what it means to feel fundamentally safe—in your body, in relationship, in the unknown. We gently root into the group container, connect with our nervous systems, and begin to loosen our grip on control.

From here, something subtle stirs: a flicker of longing, a pull toward aliveness. Soul begins to speak. Eros begins to stir. We practice trusting both—the part of you that knows, and the part of you that longs.

Core Themes:

  • The difference between fundamental and situational safety

  • Nervous system attunement

  • Relational trust and group resonance

  • Loosening the need to control

  • Trusting something larger (in your own language)

Month 2: Kind Curiosity — Meeting Life with Love

Soften the mind and begin to wonder.

When trust gives us safety, curiosity gives us openness. With curiosity, we stop treating ourselves—and life—as problems to solve. Instead, we become gentle observers of what’s alive within and around us.

This month, we practice turning toward our thoughts, behaviors, and self-stories with compassion. We loosen our grip on habitual thinking and ask:

What do I believe? Where did that come from? What do I truly want? What else might be true?

Kind curiosity is not clinical analysis or self-judgment in disguise. It’s warm. Loving. Patient. It allows us to soften defensiveness, to feel beneath the thoughts, and to hear what soul and eros may be whispering beneath the noise.

This gentle inquiry opens the door to playful experimentation and deeper sensing. Sacred desire begins to take shape—not as demand or urgency, but as a subtle yes inside the heart.

Core Themes:

  • Trying on the lens of kind curiosity

  • Reframing the inner critic and befriending the self

  • Approaching challenges with wonder

  • Loosening the grip of rigid thought patterns

  • Nonjudgmental noticing of self and others

Month 3: Sensing — Listening with the Whole Self

The body, emotions, intuition, and dreams are all doorways.

With trust beneath us and curiosity beside us, we open to a deeper form of listening—one that includes the whole self. This month, we awaken the full spectrum of perception by attuning to the subtle signals within and around us: sensations, emotions, energy, intuition, dreams, even synchronicities.

We begin to notice what is felt, not just what is thought.

Sensing invites us into truth that can’t be reasoned—truth that lives in a tight belly, an open chest, a flicker in the dreamworld. Through this expanded listening, we deepen our capacity to discern what is needed, what is aligned, and what is longing to emerge.

We also build emotional fluency: learning to stay with feelings long enough to hear what they’re saying. Emotions become messengers. The body becomes a tuning fork. Soul speaks. Eros becomes sensation—a pulse, a pull, a quiet yes.

This is the art of listening with your whole being.

Core Themes:

  • Embodied awareness and subtle sensing

  • Emotional fluency and nervous system cues

  • Non-rational ways of knowing (intuition, dreams, synchronicity)

  • Opening to energy, symbols, and sacred signs

Month 4: Action — Tiny Steps, Big Shifts

Wisdom becomes real when it’s lived.

Insight without movement can become inertia. This month, we bring our sensing and knowing into form—through small, aligned actions that ripple with meaning. These aren’t grand gestures. They’re soulful experiments that help you learn, grow, and offer your truth to the world.

We explore action as a spiritual practice—a way of listening, responding, and co-creating with life. Each experiment becomes a conversation with the universe: When I take this step, what happens? What changes in me? What shifts around me?

Desire wants expression. Eros longs to move. When your actions are rooted in soul and fueled by longing, they become acts of devotion—tiny revolutions that rewrite the story of who you are.

Core Themes:

  • Action as alignment and co-creation

  • Movement as feedback and learning

  • Playfulness and permission to try, fail, and refine

  • Exploring boundaries and invitations as relational action

  • Expressing truth through voice, body, and choice â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Month 5: Discernment — Tuning the Inner Compass

How do I know what’s true for me?

By now, you’ve been sensing, experimenting, expressing, and opening to sacred desire. But not all desire is eros. Some impulses arise from fear, habit, ego, or escape. This month, we turn our attention toward clarity.

Discernment is the quiet art of tuning your internal compass. It’s not about getting it perfect—it’s about getting honest. What feels aligned? What feels off? What’s truly yours, and what’s been inherited, internalized, or assumed?

Through reflection and feedback, we begin to distinguish wisdom from noise, intuition from impulse, projection from truth. We learn to trust the slow yes, to question the seductive no, and to hold ambiguity with grace.

Discernment strengthens through practice—by testing, sensing, pausing, and refining. And as your clarity grows, so does your capacity to move through the world with integrity and soul.

Core Themes:

  • Wisdom vs. impulse, projection, or bypass

  • Integrating feedback and life experience

  • Balancing intuition, emotion, and grounded reality

  • Relational discernment: when to speak, when to listen, what’s yours to hold

  • Letting truth unfold over time

Month 6: Story — Becoming Who You Are

What’s the most beautiful story you can tell that’s still true?

We end not with a finish line, but with a weaving. This final month is a sacred integration—where you gather the threads of your unfolding and begin to shape them into meaning.

The story you’ve been living may no longer fit. Not because you’ve “fixed” yourself, but because you’ve listened, felt, trusted, acted, and discerned. You’ve changed. Your soul has spoken. Eros has led. And now, a new story is emerging.

This isn’t about bypassing the hard parts—it’s about naming what’s still true and still beautiful, even in the mess. It’s about choosing a story that honors complexity, invites growth, and connects you to something greater.

You are a co-author of your life—not in isolation, but in deep partnership with soul.

Core Themes:

  • Re-authoring your narrative

  • Meaning-making as a sacred, creative act

  • Naming what continues, what closes, and what begins

  • Anchoring new self-concepts and identities

  • Living into a story that reflects who you are now

"Liz is such a great facilitator and mentor! I can't recommend highly enough! The course helped me focus on balance, and while delving deeply into the topics covered, also gave simple, practical ways to incorporate new practices into my life. The stories, struggles and support of the other women in the group were invaluable. Doing this together created a community that I really value and care about.”

"Liz led our retreat with joy, creativity and peacefulness. Such a perfect weekend! She created a very safe, friendly environment - I was a bit worried about meeting people but after the first hour, I felt that I belonged. And I left with new friends! I really enjoyed the pace and variety of activities - some in conversation with others, other time to reflect. Just the right balance of engagement and resting. And Liz offers a truly welcoming spiritual environment. She is inclusive and welcoming of diverse ideas. I was inspired listening to Liz lead and to others' contributions."

--Meg Galas

"I am very grateful to you, Liz!

The 360 Life program was a great way to step back and take a look at my life as a whole, and identify the small things I could change to bring myself more peace and joy. It gave me lots of practical takeaways, and helped me reframe the way I approach challenges. The other women in the program were fantastic, and learning and bonding as a group was one of the highlights of the whole experience."
