The Change Lab

A supportive space to explore growth and change, one experiment at a time.

The Change Lab begins with a simple truth: nothing in you needs fixing. You are already whole, loved, and complete.

And yet, you feel the longing to grow, shift, or bring more of yourself to life.

This is where we experiment — gently, playfully, and courageously.

The Change Lab creates space for you to:

Explore an area of your life you’d like to shift or nurture. Formulate a guiding question and design a simple experiment to try. Discover what emerges through action, reflection, and support. Connect with others who are exploring change in their own lives.

Here’s how The Change Lab will support your unfolding:

  • Half-Day (3.5 hour) Online Workshop:

Gather with the group to learn the framework, choose the area of life you want to explore, and design your first experiment. You’ll have time to connect and get to know others in the circle. This is not your typical workshop--it's creative and fun, yet also deep!

  • Weekly 90 minute Zoom Call (4 total):

Circle-style gatherings for reflection, support, and learning. Together we’ll explore themes such as:
• Habits and patterns that keep us stuck
• Emotions that underlie our actions (especially the ones we tend to avoid)
• Personal and cultural beliefs that shape our choices
• Mindfulness practices that create space for change

  • Community Hub:

An optional private WhatsApp group where we share resources, celebrate wins, and stay inspired between sessions.

Groups are intentionally small (maximum 6 people) so everyone has space to be seen and heard.

We are not problems to solve.
We are unfolding souls.

Who It’s For

The Change Lab is for anyone curious about making meaningful changes without the pressure of perfection. It's a stand-alone coaching program or a beautiful complement to therapeutic work, offering tools, practices, and community to help you live into new ways of being.

Expect laughter, camaraderie and to stretch your edges and grow.

Kind Words

"Elizabeth is an amazingly skilled facilitator - not only creating the container for our work and sharing knowledge and information but also encouraging peer to peer group learning. I'm honestly grieving the end of the program.  I have a hard time with virtual courses, but this one was so easy due to the activities - short journalling, sharing, body work, etc.   I've done several virtual self-improvement programs online and found this one by far the most fulfilling, both because of the support but also the action oriented nature of doing the experiments.  I'm seriously considering signing up for round 2 to work on a different aspect of change I am seeking.  I can't recommend this enough and to be honest it is a complete bargain (and who doesn't like that?).  Thanks so much for creating this beautiful space and I can't wait to connect. more with you and the group.  If you are reading this, sign up and do the Change Lab.  It is truly an exceptional experience that you won't regret." - Lainie Reisman

"Liz's Change Lab has been a wonderful experience that has helped me get unstuck, make real tangible progress toward my goals, and gain insight. Liz created such a gentle, empathetic and supportive container for our cohort to experiment, grow and share our aspirations and challenges with each other. I am so appreciative and grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Change Lab and highly recommend Liz in every respect." - Eudoxie (Dunia) Dickey

"Liz and the Change Lab are wonderful. Such an interesting and awakening experience, deftly and beautifully led by a master!  Consider if there is anything in your life calling for exploration and change (and who among us has nothing in that category, lol?) Highly recommended" - Caroline Makepeace

"If you're sensing into something calling you forward into the new year, consider The Change Lab. I had the privilege to be part of the cohort this fall with Liz Rees. She's an amazingly skillful coach and group leader, gently walking us through a path of exploration and personal growth. I also got to meet and hang out with amazing women from across the country. I can't recommend this small group experience enough." - Pam Anderson

"The Change Lab was a truly eye-opening and rewarding experience. Liz is a warm, down-to-earth facilitator who creates a space where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and engaged. Her approach - treating behavior and attitude shifts as small, low-stakes experiments where there’s no failure, only learning - really resonated with me. She brings just the right mix of humor and lightness while still guiding the group into meaningful, deep conversations. By the end of our sessions, our group felt like a circle of friends, and I left with practical tools and a mindset that will continue to support my growth and change. I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Liz and Interflourish." - Ana Duque-Higgins

"Liz brought me into a community and a soulful space in a way I was not expecting. I was blown away by her ability to connect with everyone in our group and bring strangers together who found themselves laughing and crying with one another like old friends. Her sessions touched something deep inside me that I didn't even know I was longing for and made me feel a part of something wonderful. I can't recommend her enough for retreats, group activities, one on one discussions, soulful sessions or just gathering together."  - Nichole Graber

"Liz is such a great facilitator and mentor! I can't recommend highly enough! The course helped me focus on balance, and while delving deeply into the topics covered, also gave simple, practical ways to incorporate new practices into my life. The stories, struggles and support of the other women in the group were invaluable. Doing this together created a community that I really value and care about.” - Dani Burke

"Liz led our retreat with joy, creativity and peacefulness. Such a perfect weekend! She created a very safe, friendly environment - I was a bit worried about meeting people but after the first hour, I felt that I belonged. And I left with new friends! I really enjoyed the pace and variety of activities - some in conversation with others, other time to reflect. Just the right balance of engagement and resting. And Liz offers a truly welcoming spiritual environment. She is inclusive and welcoming of diverse ideas. I was inspired listening to Liz lead and to others' contributions."  - Meg Galas

"I am very grateful to you, Liz! The 360 Life program was a great way to step back and take a look at my life as a whole, and identify the small things I could change to bring myself more peace and joy. It gave me lots of practical takeaways, and helped me reframe the way I approach challenges. The other women in the program were fantastic, and learning and bonding as a group was one of the highlights of the whole experience." - Katie Moore
