The Change Lab
A supportive space to explore growth and change, one experiment at a time.
The Change Lab begins with a simple truth: nothing in you needs fixing. You are already whole, loved, and complete.
And yet, you feel the longing to grow, shift, or bring more of yourself to life.
This is where we experiment — gently, playfully, and courageously.

The Change Lab creates space for you to:
Explore an area of your life you’d like to shift or nurture. Formulate a guiding question and design a simple experiment to try. Discover what emerges through action, reflection, and support. Connect with others who are exploring change in their own lives.
Here’s how The Change Lab will support your unfolding:
-
Half-Day (3 hour) Workshop:
Gather with the group to learn the framework, choose the area of life you want to explore, and design your first experiment. You’ll also have time to connect and get to know others in the circle.
-
Weekly 90 minute Zoom Call (4 total):
Circle-style gatherings for reflection, support, and learning. Together we’ll explore themes such as:
• Habits and patterns that keep us stuck
• Emotions that underlie our actions (especially the ones we tend to avoid)
• Personal and cultural beliefs that shape our choices
• Mindfulness practices that create space for change
-
Community Hub:
An optional Facebook group where you can share resources, celebrate wins, and stay inspired between sessions.
Groups are intentionally small (maximum 10 people) so everyone has space to be seen and heard.
We are not problems to solve.
We are unfolding souls.
Who It’s For
The Change Lab is for anyone curious about making meaningful changes without the pressure of perfection. It's a stand-alone coaching program or a beautiful complement to therapeutic work, offering tools, practices, and community to help you live into new ways of being.
Expect laughter, camaraderie and to stretch your edges and grow.

Does this retreat have a theme or topic?Yes! The theme of our retreat is Heart Connections-- with ourselves, with others, with the world around us, and beyond. Throughout the weekend, we'll explore ways to honor and deepen the interconnectedness of our lives and to gently discover where we feel disconnected so that we can lovingly tend to those places. Using heart-centered practices, including reflections, discussions, guided meditations, gentle movement, HeartMath techniques, and creative expression, we will: Cultivate inner peace and a loving heart Explore what enhances or gets in the way of connection Build genuine bonds with fellow retreaters Strengthen our connection to nature and something greater than ourselves Explore when loving boundaries are necessary for healthy connection Our intention is to create a loving environment for growth and authentic connections. While this is a well structured retreat, we leave space open for what naturally emerges
